Founded in 1956 near Milan, Italy, Rimadesio produces systems for sub-dividing living environments and for the architectural definition of internal spaces. Rimadesio’s innovative design features include doors equipped with a magnetic closing system that don’t require a lock; Hanging wall units that don’t require a track on the floor but are perfectly calibrated so they don’t sway; Elegant design that allows heavy sliding wall units and doors to be moved with a finger.
A little more contemporary than my usual style, but these doors looked as cool in person as they do in these photos.
